This division is for the competition of all belt ranks and all age divisions.
Competitors 12-year-olds and under will compete against themselves using his/her skills to break a board. Awards will be given based on execution. 1st place awarded if the board is broken on the first attempt, 2nd place awarded if the board is broken on the second attempt, and 3rd place awarded when board is broken on 3 or more attempts. Competitor can choose a hand or kicking technique of their choice. Judges will be responsible for holding the boards.
Competitors 13 year olds and up will be competition based.
